Episode notes

Plus, a Mini adventure, dressed for Zoom, cash register traffic cameras, gorillas in space and not my bag

Grumpy has a bit of a moan as the older James Bond films that were included in the Amazon Prime subscription now incur an additional charge.

Grumpy and Wife of Grumpy took the classic Mini out and had to effect a roadside repair, after being chased out of a hotel car park by security guards.

Lippy decided to try some new clothes on during work time and had to answer a video call from her boss in a state of undress.

Sweden has some talking bins to encourage people to put their rubbish in the correct place. The somewhat evocative recordings probably won't work in Britain!

We've found a traffic camera in the City of London that is drawing in a massive amount of money in fines.

After an typically odd session in the local pub, Grumpy has been told about the UFO religion of Raelism. They claim there are hybrids, part alien, part human, amongst us.

Continuing on the space theme we talk about the planet alignment that takes place today (24th June 2022) at around 4:30am. When this happens in films, bad things tend to occur so we both a bit nervous.

Why do some flowers close up at night and others open? We have the answer. Possibly.

Duck boy found an article on zombie fungus. If you are an ant it's truly terrifying.

We have a tale of identical twin astronauts, the International Space Station and Tim Peak. Oh, and a gorilla costume.

Lippy has a blow away top tip and Grumpy is explaining common day sayings and this week it's "not my bag"
