CEO of Zoos SA, Elaine Bensted has her dream job with the best office.  She has been the CEO since 2012 where she developed the Zoos SA first strategic plan, 20-year master plan, increased membership and more to rebuild a sustainable organisation.  Zoos SA has a solid purpose focused on the conservation of species. It is diverse, complex and has been significantly impacted by Covid19. Collaboration has underpinned many successful initiatives. Elaine approaches challenges with a mindset of learning and collaboration. She is an inspirational leader.
